Introduction
Well, what can we say about
Vilma Lado ? Nothing much, except she was Vangelis' girlfriend back in the late
sixties, and together they recorded these two songs, 'Une etoile' and 'Le vent',
released as a single in 1967. Vangelis
and Vilma stayed friends long after this collaboration though, as in 1971 Vilma
also appeared on a single made under the name 'Alpha
Beta'. The
song 'Une etoile' is considered part of the Greek 'Garage' movement from
the sixties, as it was released on the (bootleg) garage LP 'Operation Shake the
Earth'.
